Who we are

Keystone Communications Ltd was established in 2004 to supply writing and communications services for the building services sector. Keystone Director and founder Karen Fletcher was editor of the Journal of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) for almost five years, and got to know the building services and construction sectors very well.

The level of expertise required to write well about building services is not easy to find, even in the largest PR consultancies. That’s why Keystone continues to work exclusively in this sector – we continue to learn more every day, and to develop our huge database of contacts.
